After approval, you will receive a return label from us.

Pack your order
Place the product carefully in sturdy packaging, preferably the original packaging.
Send your package back
Attach the return label and hand in the package to the shipping carrier.

Receive your refund
Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount via the original payment method.
